Why Father?

It seems as if you have forgoten
Everything inside you is empty
entirely erased
I want to give you emotion again
but how?
How can I change the way you feel?
Do you feel nothing?
Is this really what you want?
To just become an empty memory?
I have wittnessed your soul slowly disipate
It scares me father
I long for the days we once lived
for the words we once spoke
Can you just turn your back?
Like it had never happend?
It was you that made me believe
that it is possible for me to have a father
Now...just like that day, so long ago
You have nearly abandoned your will to live
as he has done, you wish to leave us
A repeating sequence I live once more
Why father?
